Promotion Rules

1. This prize draw promotion is promoted by Sage (UK) Limited, whose registered office is at North Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE13 9AA (“Sage”). By submitting your entry you indicate your acceptance of these rules.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion, which is open to anyone older than 18 who is resident in the UK. Employees and their close relatives of Sage or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Entries must be via www.talktosage.com and will only be accepted once registration is completed. The closing date by which entries must be received by Sage to be included in the draw is 30.06.07. Sage will not award a prize for entries not made at www.talktosage.com which are incomplete or received by Sage after the closing date of the promotion, are made fraudulently or from those who do not comply with these rules. Subject to rule 10, Sage will not be responsible for any entries which are not received due delivery problems.
4. If you enter this promotion you agree that Sage may use your personal details to administer and run this promotion (including making announcements about prize winners) and as described in these rules. To do this we may retain the personal details you submit in our computer records for a reasonable, necessary time and we may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your personal details please do not enter this promotion.
5. The winning entry will be the first name drawn at random on the 13.07.07. The winner will be notified either by phone, post or email within 14 days of the prize being drawn, depending on the details submitted. Subject to rule 10, Sage will not be liable for any failure of any such notice to be successfully delivered to a winner.
6. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to co-operate with Sage for publicity purposes free of charge, to include the publication of their names and photographs in the announcement of the result by Sage.
7. Winners’ names will be available from Sage upon written request sent to the registered office address above for the attention of the Campaign Manager at the address given above, together with a stamped addressed envelope.
8. No cash prize alternative is available. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. They are not transferable. Sage reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent or greater value.
9. Prize will be forwarded by Sage as soon as reasonably possible after the prize winner has replied to the notification of their win, once they have informed Sage of the postal address to which the prize should be sent. Prizes unclaimed after one month will be deemed to have been forfeited when Sage reserves the right to re-offer the prize in a future competition.
10. Sage reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time if relevant circumstances arise outside Sage’s control. Sage shall not be liable to you should you suffer any loss or damage by entering this promotion (including without limitation in participating in the prize), provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit Sage’s liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by Sage, or for fraud. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and by entering this promotion you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
